Registration & Refund Policy

Your 48-hour deposit deadline

The required TTD 800 deposit must be received within 48 hours of placing your order. If the required deposit is not received within that window, your pending registration is eligible for cancellation and your costume can be released for sale.

A reminder may be sent after 24 hours. The deadline runs from the time your order was placed, not from the time a reminder arrives.

Final balance and sizing deadline

All final balances and size submissions must be completed by January 1, 2027.

Payments are final

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Payment options

Choose an available online payment method at checkout or pay at Mas Camp, 51 French Street, Port of Spain, Tuesday–Friday, 2:30–7:00 PM; Saturday, 1:00–7:00 PM. For a Partial.ly plan, review the payment schedule in your agreement.
