Your 48-hour deposit deadline

The deposit is per costume, set by its tier: Bronze TTD 800, Silver TTD 1,000, Gold TTD 1,200, Platinum TTD 1,400 and Diamond TTD 1,600. Male costumes and Monday Wear are TTD 800, and a tier’s upgrade has the same deposit as its tier. For pay-at-camp orders, the required deposits (or the full total if lower) must be received within 48 hours of placing your order. Online payment plans require the initial deposit immediately to start; an unfinished checkout does not activate a plan. Partial.ly plans from abroad start with USD 119.40 down for the whole order. If the required deposit is not received within that window, your pending registration is eligible for cancellation and your costume can be released for sale.

Per-costume deposits apply to orders placed from October 24, 2026. Orders placed before a policy change keep the deposit and deadline stated in their confirmation email. A reminder may be sent 24 hours before the deadline. The deadline runs from the time your order was placed, not from the time a reminder arrives.

Final balance and sizing deadline

All final balances and size submissions must be completed by January 1, 2027.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Payment options

Choose an available online payment method at checkout or pay at Mas Camp, 51 French Street, Port of Spain, Tuesday–Friday, 2:30–7:00 PM; Saturday, 1:00–7:00 PM. For a Partial.ly plan, review the payment schedule in your agreement.
